TooBaRoo Internet Marketing announces the launch of our Internet Marketing Podcast site InternetMarketingPodcast.com. We’ll begin podcasting our new shows in February 2011.
TooBaRoo’s goal is provide our clients, business owners and professional marketers with relevant, timely and actionable information in a format they can consume. Audio learning by listening to podcasts is an efficient and targeted way to stay informed. At TooBaRoo we are both podcasting and internet marketing enthusiasts. All good podcasts have one common element — they are created by people that are passionate about their podcast’s topic areas. We love what we do and are looking forward to helping our listeners become better marketers and entrepreneurs.
Show Background
As internet marketers we know the value of a good generic domain and the importance of the .com top level domain designation. Consequently, in 2007-2008 we starting tracking the domain name InternetMarketingPodcast.com and the shorter version InternetMarketingCast.com. In September of 2009 we obtained the domain name “InternetMarketingPodcast.com” in a drop from Pool.com. Pool.com is a great source for finding and obtaining dropped domain names. NOTE: We hand registered. The shorter “InternetMarketingCast.com” in 2008 in anticipation of eventually launching the podcast under the longer generic domain name.
The show’s website was launched on October 1, 2010 at http://InternetMarketingPodcast.com. We did this to get some feedback on upcoming show topics and guest recommendations. Please register for the newsletter to get show updates and links.
Currently, we are in pre-production on the first 4 shows. We are looking for great guests, show topics and questions. If you know someone that is both knowledgeable in an internet marketing topic area AND they are able to represent their expertise or opinions in an informative and entertaining manner contact us.
We’ve also started the Internet Marketing Podcast LinkedIn Group (10/7/2010) in order to get some feedback regarding upcoming show topics and guest recommendations. We also wanted to leverage the professional network aspects of LinkedIn with our listener community. Some of the initial and a few future show guests are already part of the show Host’s Linkedin network.
